A visit to #patagonia in the winter time is pretty much a dice roll, you’re completely at the mercy of the weather. The one thing you can rely on is that it’s going to be cold, very cold. However, these freezing conditions open up a whole new playground of beauty and compositional opportunities, like the crystaly frost that would cling to everything. This photo here was taken at sunset, the only glimpse of the sun we got all day but just enough to create a beautiful compliment to this icy world. Photographed with the new @NikonUSA #Z7 back in July. To shoot this I used the new 50mm f/1.8 and two SB5000 strobes ?
