This Saturday we have the very talented @アラーナ・イップ running a climbing clinic in honour of #globalclimbingday . Alannah is currently the Canadian national champion in lead climbing (second in bouldering) and regularly competes on the World Cup circuit in both bouldering and lead. This clinic is for intermediate to advanced climbers and focuses on strength, power, endurance, nutrition, hydration, rest, cross training and proper planning. The course runs from 7:00 to 10:00 PM on the 18th and costs $50, all of which gets donated to the Access Society of BC!
