Ankle mobility is not only key in the gym but also the golf swing. Get moving, warm up toes with the knee touches, then arm up ankles by rocking back into a low squat. Move around. Rolling out onto edges of feet And trying to keep heals down when squatting back- 10x . 2. Sit back on your heals, lift one leg at a time and feel the stretch in the front of your ankle 10x each side. 3. Do 15 knee raises keeling toes on ground. 4. 10 steps each side, keeping on the outside of your feet at all times. 5. Grab hold of a pole or something fixed to the ground that’s stable to pull yourself into. Apply pressure to one foot and hold for a few second then switch to other side. As applying pressure make sure heal stays down on ground as u pull yourself into the pole x5 per side. 6. This is best done on a box or something high off ground. Pull yourself forward applying pressure into foot, while keeping heal down. Hold for 45 seconds x3
