Today I’ve made it from my bed to the couch watching orange is the new black, I’m proud ?. I’m not kidding though, forcing myself to lower down my stress level is hard enough lol. I love what I do but it’s also very easy to get too caught up in it and have no stop button anymore. ? I always notice it when my skin gets irritated, muscles don’t heal as fast which in this case extends my soreness and I’m just cranky??‍♀️ Solution? Drink lots of tea, chill and take a warm bath.. oh and let’s not forget the chocolate cookies & cuddles with my cat! Having some real “me time” is so important, make sure you plan that shit in ? ♥️??
