Still can’t really stand from a squat yet but so happy with my lifts today. 72kg Snatch and 87/90kg Power Clean + Jerk. I’ve only lifted up to 70kg the last few weeks on anything so for this smooth of a 90 today i’m pumped. I have done well keeping my head in the game reminding myself that better movement and improving weak spots with rehab can be just as beneficial as strength gains for me right now while I let the hip boo boo heal. ??
