Funny thing about covering a big swell as soon as it happens is that we inevitably miss a few sessions. Case in point: ace NorCal filmer @perrygershkow was recently in the remote Mentawais, filming with @noahwaggy for his upcoming independent surf flick, and they happened upon the swell of the decade. He was still on the boat out the back of beyond when we posted our swell story, so by the time he got back to port, it was too late to add these gems in. But man…suffice to say they scored.
