The lower-body is just as important as the upper-body. Not only in strength, but flexibility and technique as well. Your legs and hips do as much work (probably even more!) as your arms. Don’t neglect them. Get on some slab and play around with body positions. Be aware of how your hips and feet affect your balance. Flex your calves, push with your toes, and allow your legs to do most of the work. It’s all about efficiency ?
