Gratitude doesn’t mean being thankful for everything we have just so we placate ourselves and think this is ‘good enough’. Sometimes gratitude is about embracing every lesson, hurdle, obstacle, mistake, loss, and fk up on the way as you do the work to get where you want to be because you know all of it makes you better in the long run. .
I’m grateful for my health, freedom, living in California, and having so many incredible supportive people like my @1stphorm #pham in my life. It’s such an asset and necessity to have likeminded and encouraging people to support and help you in your path.
