A lot of people who dm me asking for advice feel like they can’t start modeling/creating because they don’t have the perfect light filled apartment with marble bench tops and floor to ceiling windows like we see in a lot of popular posts or they can’t afford expensive cameras and equipment. If you want to start just to express yourself it’s okay to start now with whatever is in front of you in this moment.

There is always wonder, beauty, and intrigue to be found and captured around you, if you look for it. I would never say life is easy, it isn’t! But it is beautiful.

This picture isn’t my most glamorous or impressive but I liked the sunlight and the garden. It was taken on my phone as I was walking out of the doctors office going to the car after getting a blood test! You don’t need expensive luxury vacations in exotic locations to make a start.

There’s no criteria needed to start expressing yourself. It’s important to be consistent and push yourself to work hard but don’t forget to enjoy the fun of it, pressure and perfection do not always equal impact.

Social media puts so much pressure on everyone and makes us all feel like our lives aren’t lavish enough or we aren’t ‘doing’ enough but never forget the true beauty of life is always found in the simple things. ????
