Good morning Upgraders! It's a great day today, #TGIF.
For a good amount of people summer #Friday means heading away for the weekend, eating out with friends or the like. So if you're #intermittentfasting and on the #BulletproofDiet what's the best and practical way to break fast and eat out while enjoying your friends?
It does take commitment to steer the friends ship to a full on sushi restaurant where you know you will be able to have a great meal. But what if you can't agree to do sushi or worse don't know of a good one in the area you've traveled to? My safe go to is the incredible, edible, egg (remember that commercial?). Many restaurants will accommodate if there just isn't anything on the menu that can satisfy your lifestyle. When all else fails, I ask for 6 poached eggs and an #avocado (there's that #superfood again). Happy Friday...#GetUpgraded #BeBulletproof
