That's pretty much universal. If you're not feeling optimal physically or mentally, we can most certainly trace the reasons why back to its source. This simple belief and understanding is how I created #biohacking in the first place. Much like a computer, we are all made of software and hardware. And yes, super complex but not complicated. With exponential advances in science, technology and certainly research, the abundance of information we now know will lead to an optimal life.
