"Yallingup Beach in Western Australia is a beautiful place and a favourite of mine to photograph at any time of day, but especially during the golden hour as the sun begins to fade over the Western Horizon.

On this winters evening during June 2017, conditions were just right, no breeze and the winter swell was rolling in with a band of heavy dark cloud sitting on the horizon which made for the perfect moody wintry backdrop to capture some wave action and surfers who were enjoying the final surf for the day.
This particular unknown surfer caught my cameras eye because he was simply ‘living in the moment’. Being an amateur photographer, capturing a moment like this was such a personal achievement." - @kyliessv
