1.Put down your electronics for an hour or more everyday.

2.Keep a gratitude journal and count your blessings. You’ll realize how good life is when you see it written down even more.

3.Do something for someone else. This always makes you feel better.

4.Don’t compare your life to anyone (especially strangers on the internet). 5.Smile. My husband @nealjolly tells me to smile even when I’m upset because it’ll send endorphins to my brain ? I show him my teeth like this: ?
