Little #motivationmonday and throwback to last year in Colorado at this time when I was working with @arrowelectronics on a super special project- Courage In Sports!

Myself and 9 other women w disabilities (5 veteran paralympic athletes and 5 hopefuls) were challenged to do something each of us had never done before. My challenge: white water kayaking.

.
In this moment, my blood was pumping and my heart was screaming! I didn’t successfully paddle the whole stretch on this take but I got carried back up the river for two more attempts and got it on the third try! Never ever, EVER give up! (Within reason) haha
