To make them, just marinate 8 ounces sliced tempeh in a mixture of 1/2 cup of Lee Kum Kee USA Hoisin Sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar and 2 teaspoons Lee Kum Kee sesame oil for a few hours in the fridge. After that, you can grill the slices, sear them in a lightly oiled cast-iron skillet, or bake them in a parchment lined dish for 30 minutes at 350F. Use them in bowls, throw them into your favorite stir-fry, add them to #vegan congee—so many possibilities!
