Instructions: you can buy these egg noodles from Asian supermarkets. Cook according to packet instructions. Make a sauce with Asian roasted sesame paste (NOT tahini. You can use peanut or almond butter if you don’t have the Asian sesame paste but tahini will not taste right ?), soy sauce, minced garlic, and sugar. Sautee some minced pork in chopped scallions and Lee Kum Kee USA hoisin sauce. Blanch Chinese broccoli or your favorite veg. Place everything in a bowl and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee USA Chiu Chow chili oil ?
