This recipe for Beef Rolls with Melon is perfect for your Fourth of July BBQ!

Ingredients
Beef fillet/tenderloin 250g [12 thin slices]
Honeydew melon 170g [12 thick strips]

Marinade
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 Tsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tbsp
Water 3 Tbsp
Cornstarch 1 Tsp
Sugar 1/2Tsp

Seasoning
Parsley [chopped, for garnish]

How to make it:
Mix beef fillet with marinade.
Pan-fry beef fillet in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.
Put honeydew melon strips on beef fillet and roll up. Arrange beef rolls on a serving plate. Heat through sauce mix and pour over beef rolls. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
