First things first, this may look like a simple exercise but I don’t recommend trying it without extremely strong shoulders and probably a spotter to run you through the motion

Secondly, climbers do not have the most flexible shoulders and I’m not helping those statistics; I watched a women do these effortlessly at the gym which inspired me to try it myself. She could get so much straighter on her skin the cat and the rotation looked simple.

This was my first crack at it and it’s not pretty ? but I still thought the movement was cool!
