This is a stretch that you can do with a partner a few times a week to get your shoulder and elbow mobility to where it needs to be for the high pull! A lot of people struggle with getting their elbows high enough and keeping the bar close to the body, THIS WILL HELP! Try it, but be very careful and take it easy, so you don’t injure yourself or your partner. Please let us know if you do this!
