First time trying marunchinos - light almond cookies made with apricots and orange blossom water. It’s light and crumbly with a moist center that collapses as you bite into it. It’s wonderful in London to find a real passion for baking, I haven’t seen elsewhere. And most wonderful to have friends like @felicityspector who bake wonderful things and teach me about them. #DAtravels
