Inspiration comes from everywhere. A few months ago, I spotted a cool technique of carving clay in pottery. We applied the same thing to chocolate in this strawberry balsamic and fromage frais cake, launching Friday @dominiqueansellondon - and I can tell it’s going to be a favorite for me.
