last night, i dreamt i was falling off the cliffs of northern california. i wasn’t, but it felt so real that when i woke up, i thought it was daylight. in reality, it was 2am and pitch black.

sometimes i believe in impossible things. i see them - manifest them in my anxiety dreams. then i remember when i was young, dancing on these beaches and splashing sand everywhere.

life was simple then. in this place. and thankfully, it exists outside of my dreams. actually there. ready for memories and washing away the bad. licking my wounds and keeping me hopeful.
