Have you ever tried a Wakamomo before? They’re rare, unripe baby mountain peaches from Japan that look almost like green olives, but taste like a combination of muscat grape, plum, and peach (and different from the red Japanese Yamamoto peaches that you may have seen). I remember trying one for the first time as a garnish for a sushi platter in Tokyo, and we’ve managed to get our hands on some and are turning them into a really light and refreshing Wakamomo whipped yogurt for our new Pop Fleur!
