The Irish are well known as a hearty bunch, and the surfers i’ve found there don’t dissapoint. When good waves land upon frigid shores as seldom as in Ireland, surely those that surf them are a patient, stout group. Oftentimes people will travel far away from their local breaks to warmer climes in search of the exotic. But if you’re willing to brave it, such as @patchos_w here, you just might be surprised how little you have to travel to find what you’re looking for.
