Photographer and philanthropist Jean Pigozzi was a student at Harvard in 1973 when he spotted actress Faye Dunaway at a party and asked to take a picture with her. He did something extraordinary—for the time: he took a selfie with her. In the decades since, Pigozzi has taken photos with everyone from Andy Warhol to Lady Gaga, and is known as the unofficial inventor of the selfie. ?
