Full Leg Workout ? Here’s what I did today at @easygym and DAYUM it made me ? Every exercise I did 4 rounds of 8-10 reps with a focus on slow controlled movements - the video is double speed! ➡️ Barbell squats (chest up, core tight, stabilise your knees) ➡️ Sumo deadlifts (push your knees out and keep them stable throughout the movement) ➡️ Hip thrusts (squeeze at the top!) ➡️ Bulgarian split squats (focus on depth here, and putting your weight through the front heel) ➡️ Walking lunges straight into jumping lunges (again, depth is key) ??
