Alfonso holds his 11-day-old baby Eliette against his skin at a UNICEF-supported hospital in Mexico. The warmth of his chest is keeping Eliette cosy, as well as helping regulate her breathing and heart rate. Alfonso was both nervous and excited when he met little Eliette for the first time. “I had always dreamed of having a baby.
