Talking all things @sweat !! I have mentioned this before, but I’ll say it again. If you have an amazing dog that walks STRAIGHT and doesn’t stop and start, you are able to count your walk as LISS. If your dogs are like mine, and stop to smell everything, you cannot count that walk as LISS. LISS stands for low intensity steady state training.... steady state being the key words in that sentence. The best way to do this is to walk on a treadmill for 30-40 minutes at the same speed. (I walk at 5.6kmph) You can also bike ride, swim or slowly jog! There are plenty of examples of LISS.
