"Do you ever have days where you feel demotivated?". I actually had one of THOSE DAYS yesterday if I'm being completely honest. On days where I do not feel like working out, I set small tasks for myself to complete by the end of the day so I still feel productive. Some of the tasks I set were...answer 20 emails, do a load of washing, make the beds and unpack my whole suitcase to make sure everything is put away properly. I know theses may seem like silly small things, but they make all the difference when you feel unmotivated to workout. Setting small goals which are unrelated to your fitness goals STILL, in your mind, will count as "goals achieved". Try setting small goals for yourself and see how you feel by the end of the day!
