As hard as my sessions are @upfitnesslive and as much grief as I give him, I hand on heart truly mean it when I say, no one makes me focus on the job at hand when training as much as Evil Steve. His approach and knowledge with regards to training is phenomenal. He knows when to push me that bit more and when I need to rest. I hate him for 3hrs a week ? but without his guidance, support and sometimes much needed reminder on discipline, I wouldn’t feel as healthy and as strong as I do now. So Thank you Steve! Me & @gorka_marquez are looking forward to the next 8 week goal..... I think! ? ? ps. I was on my last set of heavy reverse lunges here. Hence the concentration / pain on my face!
