#throwback almost 10 years ago. This was before I ever picked up a dumbbell and I was rocking my little twiglet arms ??‍♀️ This was a work trip and at the time I was going through a difficult time in my personal life, I hardly slept and I wasn’t eating properly at all. I felt extremely tired and sad but the weird thing was, EVERYONE kept telling me how amazing I looked because I was skinny! It was crazy ? Im so happy and proud that we’ve all moved forward in our approach to being healthy and feeling Great as apposed to aspiring to be a certain ‘size’. Happiness and Health are SO much more important then a size. I’m much stronger, curvier and heavier now then I was in this picture, but I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my life and that’s what matters to me the most ❤️?? ??‍♀️ #healthisweath #loveyourself
