We asked @ania_75 to share how she first fell in love with yoga ❤️?‍♀️ She describes yoga as her compass because it pointed her in the direction of complete fulfillment. “It’s a way to live my life, to feel connected to myself and to nature and to be one with the universe. Yoga is my teacher and my friend. It shows me the path when I feel lost, teaches me lessons when there are too many questions to answer and makes me feel centered.
