Rhinoplasty - commonly known as a nose job - is a plastic surgery procedure to correct and reconstruct the form of the nose restoring the functions and aesthetically enhancing the appearance. Most people want to remove a bump, narrow the nostril width, change the angle between the nose and mouth or correct injuries, birth defects and breathing problems such as a deviated nasal septum or sinus condition - I had a combination of these and so I travelled 1,500 miles from the U.K. to Spain to have surgery with world renowned plastic surgeon @dr._aslani because of his speciality in rhinoplasty. Using @serenecosmetic_ a cosmetic concierge, they were able to arrange everything for me from the U.K. including my transfers, accommodation and aftercare at a 5* luxury villa up in the beautiful Benahavis Hills. I have experienced exceptional aftercare having my dressings changed, cleaned and recovery checked daily - something I wouldn’t have had in the U.K as typically once you are discharged from hospital after 24hrs you return once for a post-op check up to a few weeks after having surgery.
