I've become a person who takes photos of their food/drinks ??‍♀️because I couldn't resist sharing with you my favourite pre-workout smoothie! .

High protein natural yoghurt (Skyr is really good)
Berries
Banana
Spinach
Chai seeds
Gelatine powder (~6g-15g)
Top up with milk (I use lactose free) and Blend .

Top tip: drink in the sunshine to get some Vitd
Top tip 2: drink about an hour before training to feel all the benefits!
Top tip 3: have with a little beetroot on the side so you feel the #pump during your workout
