👋🏽What’s one thing you know you need to give up on or let go of?

Sunday’s are for reflection so today I’m looking back and figuring out what is stopping me from being where I want to be. I think sometimes I hold on for too long, to relationships, people, jobs, and places. I need to make a lot of changes and get back to the things that made me really happy. I think happiness comes from progression. When we “feel” stuck in a place or situation we get depressed. What changes can I make that will progress my life into a better place? I almost feel like I lost focus of the big picture. Letting go is something I’m working on this week. A lot of change is coming, I’m ready!
