Spending the Cronut’s 5th birthday with a classroom of 5 year olds at PS20, showing them all about different kinds of milks ? (oat, soy, rice, goat, coconut, and good ole cow milk) and eggs ? (brown, white, and even blue eggs from @マーサ・スチュワート’s farm, duck and quail) - the building blocks of baking.
