Talk about a fire leg day? I was feeling it today!!! Always remember warm up before starting... WARM-UP:?Side Step with band above knees 4 sets of 20 reps each leg.
?Hip Circles both ways 4 sets of 20 reps each leg.
Workout:
?Sumo Deadlifts 4 sets of 4 reps at heavy weight! (not on video) ?Split squats on Step360 (helps with balance, and stabilization) 4 sets of 12-15 reps (Remember to go slow on the way down count 4 down 2 up)
?Stiff Deadlifts with kettlebell 4 sets of 12-15 reps ?Goblet Squat 4 sets of 15 reps
?Glute Bridges with band 4 sets of 20 reps
