?Hip Circles both ways 4 sets of 20 reps each leg.
Workout:?Sumo Deadlifts 5 sets of 12-15 reps increasing weight.
?Elevated Straight Leg Deadlifts 4 sets of 12-12 reps increasing weight (Remember to go slow on the way down and really engage!)
?Goblet Squat squeezing a foam roller in between legs! 4 sets of 15 reps
?Back to Front Lunges 4 sets of 15 reps on each leg.
Not shown on video, but finished with machine leg curls to banded leg curls super set!
