Absolutely loving being back on the road with my @starsonice family! When we tell people our schedules (especially @アダム・リッポン & @長洲未来 who are killing it with some crazy hours doing both Stars on Ice & #DWTS) People say... “Aren’t you tired?!” YES, yes we are... but that’s not the point. When we’re touring our home country with friends, cast mates & team members... we are living the lives the little skater versions of ourselves could have only imagined. To us, skating is our sport, our art, our second language... it is how we express ourselves. The ice is often where we feel most comfortable. What a pleasure to tour the U.S. sharing that love & passion with all of you. Furthermore, I’m reminded in these times, shlepping from one city to the next in the wee hours of the morning, just how much I love my skating family. We’ve grown up together, we’ve been there for one another in the good times & bad. We understand one another in ways it’s difficult for others to comprehend. We take pride in watching each other grow because we’ve seen it...every step of the way. To the 2018 cast of @starsonice, GET SOME REST & see you next weekend! Friday: Phoenix, AZ.
