Want to know what’s SCARY? The sitting epidemic and the lack of physical activity amongst Australians which could lead to the development of heart disease. Knowing this has inspired me to change my desk sitting habits to make sure I get up and get outside more often. The National Heart Foundation says that if we do at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, our risk of heart disease can be reduced by 35%. I know sometimes it’s hard to do when we have so much work and so many responsibilities, but really where would we be without our health guys? All it takes is just to stand up and get moving. That’s it! ????
