THIS IS MY DAY ON A PLATE ?. Like most people I have a sensitive stomach and can’t eat anything high in fat, otherwise my symptoms skyrocket ?. So I always make sure on a day-to-day basis that I eat a diet consisting of super lean proteins, low fat and low GI foods with plenty of water, collagen and VIT C. Yesterday I ate: paleo bread topped with almond butter, strawberries and blueberries for breakfast. My lunch was brown rice mixed with lean raw tuna, scallions, seaweed, avocado and chopped chilli drizzled in a ponzu sauce, and dinner was spiralled zucchini topped with bolognese sauce. My snacks usually consist of baby carrots, hummus and seaweed rice crackers. And lastly I ALWAY mix up my meals cause it keeps me excited ? .
