Having a training partner or another set of eyes monitoring you’re progress is critical for growth. Change it up weekly, take a few snapshots and videos to make the continuous adjustments with your diet and workouts. Some of these exercises above are staples for my training as they allow for overall shape and fullness. I usually incorporate 4-5 sets for each shoulder session. Choose a comfortable weight, focus on tempo and contraction and just keep doing the work!!
