?This day, 6 years ago, I was discharged from an inpatient eating disorder program for the last time. I spent a total of 8 months living in a hospital, a time I don’t really miss haha?! I did not recover after that. But I remember this time as an invaluable milestone. Because of those days, I’m able to recognize the contrast of freedom.

I am not locked up, in a hospital or in anorexia, anymore.
