If you and a complete stranger were to close your eyes and place a hand on opposite sides of an enormous oak tree, feeling the hum beneath its bark, would you form a new kind of connection with the stranger without a single word to one another? Would you not walk away with an inexplicable feeling of a distinct and profound kinship with one another?

I #look up at the #sky every day (extremely #grateful that I can), the wind brushes gently through my fingers and for a blissful second everything fades away. A crystal clear picture of the people I love all over the world and, in that moment, I can feel my #family beside #me. ???? When #all is said and done, I am proud to say that I am, and always will be, the #girl who stops to smell the #flowers.
