Today I feel incredibly proud. I've been judged, called names, beaten, falsely accused of nonsense (that is always laughable) and bullied to a level that will always stay with me. But the pain it has transformed into #strength . Don't let the sadness overwhelm you- life WILL get better.

I'm reminded daily that life is fleeting and can be taken away at any moment. But, even with that crippling and heartbreaking reminder - my belief never falters - that #respect and love for one another is vital. .

Why tear someone down when you have the ability to make them #smile instead? .
