I couldn't find myself today, lengthy healing process in place.
I went on a long hike to somewhere I'd never been. Today the struggle eases through an inhale and an exhale against a beautiful old tree (and a rather lovely meeting with a #beautiful cheeky squirrel :-D) to remind me that no matter where my #home is now I will always find it first in #nature.
I may not have #words at the moment but I have #eyes and I may not want to #see certain things but I have ears to hear #life around me and I may want to stay in bed and not face things- but I have #strong legs to ground myself with and #fast feet to sprint straight past those "things" with my eyes shut, trusting in #love and myself with a #smile on my face.
I can listen to the wind, I can see the bright #blue #sky and I can damn well run toward and scale any hurdle you throw at me.
