So happy there are groups like @humanesociety. A leading force creating real change for over 60 years!! Rescuing neglected animals, getting laws passed, working with corporate food giants, eliminating the worst factory farming practices. Their work is transformative. I’m deeply moved to hear the stories of the volunteers who go undercover to witness the heartbreaking truths, in service of bringing awareness to the most in-need places. I was honoured to present the Humane Hero acknowlement to @conradjackcarr for his 54 day trek, raising funds for all the animals that suffering from storms Harvey, Irma and Maria.
