If you like Water World but hate the lines and grimey germ sweatiness and need more action rides, you should try Tuckfest at @usnwc’s beautiful whitewater center. Spent a whirlwind of a weekend representing @lasportivana and enjoying fun routes on a rad DWS wall, even though I always feel like a drowning cat when I come out of the water. Congratulations to @kyra_condie and @ミーガン・マーチン for first and second place wins, as well as Emma Grace Lehmann (pictured, second photo on the right) among many other young, strong, local NC crushers who pushed us all to climb faster and harder! Big shoutout to Daniel Gajda (@gajdaphotography) for the photos, and for being very kind and forgiving when I accidentally stuffed his jacket (with car keys) in our bag last night and didn’t realize until after midnight that I had the wrong coat and some unlucky coatless person didn’t have their car keys. Sorry Daniel!!!
