I’ll say this… if you give your body what it is made to be given, it will always respond best. 🥗 Going on cleanses and diets always have an end date because it is not a lifestyle that you can sustain for the rest of your life. This is why most people “fail” their diets 🙅🏻‍♀️ I never ever ever recommend doing extreme diets to get ready for an event or anything like that, because you’ll just end up in the same place you started. It’s so important for us to understand how nutrition works so you don’t feel the need to do a “diet” in the first place. . If you eat to fuel your body the right way (no less, no more) every day then your body will function its best, and in return look its best! 💪🏻 There will be no need to “get ready for the pool”.
