I started my IG the beginning of 2015 to keep myself accountable after I found out I had a bunch of health issues 😐 (hormonal imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, gut permeability, systemic candida, methylation issues, frequent infections, insulin resistance, 40 food intolerances, and cancer scare)… and now somehow all of you are here hahaha 🤷🏻♀️😂❤️ Wasn’t my intention, BUT now I’m so happy to be able to connect with so many amazing people and share my passions on health, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, travel, positivity, perseverance etc 😁 My degrading health forced me to focus on “nutrition as medicine” and now I view that experience as a blessing because I’m able to help and inspire others 🙌🏻 It’s literally my biggest passion. My health is MUCH more stable now btw.

I competed in the bodybuilding bikini division for a few years but recently found a much stronger passion for crossfit, weightlifting, and functional fitness 🏋🏻♀️ A massive pet peeve of mine has become the traditional fitness industry. People may look “healthy” but truly can be so sick inside 😷 I was there! 🙊 Even food, products, and supplements are promoted as heathy but can be horrible for your health. I talk about this a lot in my IG story.
